We stock more then 25 different types of disposable IBC liner bag, each manufactured to BRC/FDA standards. These include LDPE liners, with and without barrier materials like EVOH, nylon and aluminium; aseptic and non-aseptic liners; and pharmacopeia approved liners. So whatever the product, we’ll have a liner to suit.

Cosmetics or food manufacturers can be guaranteed a sterile fill each time, with no prior cleaning or sterilisation required pre-filling Companies handling high viscosity liquids should look at our specialist Squiz system, which is a unique liner / machine setup that eliminates residue left in the liner bag after discharge.

So whatever the product, we’ll have a liner to suit.
What’s more we can also manufacture bespoke, shaped IBC liners to meet the particular requirements of your product, its properties, characteristics and filling and discharge needs.
All our suppliers meet two or more of the following standards: BRC AA Grade, FDA approval and appropriate IMS accreditations, and manufacture products in line with both Kosher and Pharmacopeia (edition 9) standards for both liners and fitments.

most common material available in blue or clear

oxygen permeation, commonly used in aseptic application)
