Our bags are available in different models that allow them to be filled with standardized machines or processes. From the traditional “pillow” model to cubic 3D, trunked or “fast fill” for an automatic filling process without an operator, there is a model that will fit you and is compatible with all existing containers on the market.

In close collaboration with the best resin manufacturers, we search for specific grades to meet both packaging and transportation needs to ensure the quality of the packaged product. By combining different materials we can obtain better characteristics.

A wide range of fitments are available, with sizes from 1” to 3” for aseptic or hygienic filling or discharge.

All liners are BRCAA accredited, FDA, IMS and ISO approved, and halal.
Tailored options for coping with specific sector issues:
- Brewers suffering with high disolved oxygen issues should use our Met/PET barrier liners and perhaps look at our air bleed valve fitting.
- Cosmetics or food manufacturers can be guaranteed a sterile fill each time, with no prior cleaning or sterilisation required pre-filling
- Companies handling high viscosity liquids should look at our specialist Squiz system, which is a unique liner / machine setup that eliminates residue left in the liner bag after discharge.
Liner bags are supplied with the fill and discharge fitments already integrated. Depending on the product and industry different fitment will be appropriate. Our range of liners includes all of the standard fitments in all of the standard films; however, we are able to pair specific fitments to specific films for specific unit formats on request. 3″ XL Dn80 Aseptic Valve – XL valve allows increased flow. Largest aseptic valve on the market.
Dn50 Steamable Valve – Compatible with most common aseptic discharge operations

Compatible with a wide range of different bag-in-box IBCs, Arlington’s comprehensive range of high quality 250L, 500L and 1000L IBC liners provides all the protection your liquid product needs during transport and storage. They’re easy to fill, easy to discharge and recyclable too.
We stock more then 25 different types of disposable IBC liner bag, each manufactured to BRC/FDA standards. These include LDPE liners, with and without barrier materials like EVOH, nylon and aluminium; aseptic and non-aseptic liners and pharmacopeia approved liners. So whatever the product, we’ll have a liner to suit.
Whilst BPA is considered safe at the allowed levels by national and international food safety authorities, many users will choose products – particularly baby-related products – without BPA and from BPA-free supply chains. To this end, we have a range of BPA-free liner products to meet this demand.
What’s more we can also manufacture bespoke, shaped IBC liners to meet the particular requirements of your product, its properties, characteristics and filling and discharge needs.
All our suppliers meet two or more of the following standards: BRC AA Grade, FDA approval and appropriate IMS accreditations, and manufacture products in line with both Kosher and Pharmacopeia (edition 9) standards for both liners and fitments.

The type of film used to manufacture liner bags for specific purposes can make a real difference to the suitability of the containment environment. At Arlington we have a wide range of standard liner formats and materials available from stock; we also have the capability to have bespoke specifications manufactured to order.
