Bag-In-Box Technology
The Arlington Combo 250 IBC utilizes innovative bag-in-box technology. This involves placing the liquid or product into a flexible plastic liner bag inside a rigid outer container. The bag collapses as the product is dispensed, leaving no excess air. This protects against contamination and exposure to oxygen, light, or bacteria. The outer container provides strength for stacking and transportation.
Unparalleled product protection The Arlington Combo 250 IBC is a state-of-the-art bag-in-box intermediate bulk container that ensures the highest level of product safety. With a sterile disposable liner bag and tamper-proof security seals, it offers unmatched protection against dissolved oxygen (DO), contaminants, and UV rays. Trust Arlington to keep your products pristine.
Efficiency and cost-effectiveness The foldable design and lightweight polypropylene construction make the Arlington Combo 250 IBC easy to fill, stack, transport, and store. With a compact footprint, containers can be stacked 5 high when full or 10 high when empty. The collapsible design means five empty IBCs take up the space of just one full container on return trips, reducing transport costs.
Sustainability and longevity The 100% recyclable polypropylene container has a long service life, with an official 10-year rating extendable to 20+ years with Arlington’s container management service. The disposable liner bag also increases product yields by minimizing waste. Reusable rental options further improve sustainability.
Versatility and customization Available in 250-litre and larger sizes, the Arlington Combo IBC operates efficiently between temperatures of -20°C and 40°C. With a range of liners, including air-assist, aseptic, non aseptic liners, and metalized oxygen barrier liners, bespoke solutions can be developed to suit needs.
